On November 17, 2017, the institute held a methodological conference “Topical issues of educational and methodological work Institute”, which was attended by the teaching staff of the institute’s departments, employees of the educational department and other structural divisions of the institute.

Participants of the methodological conference discussed:

The participants expressed different opinions on important issues of improving the quality of the educational process, exchanged work experience and new ideas.

At the end of the methodological conference, teacher of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy, Police Major O.V. Finikova conducted psychological training with all those present, aimed at self-knowledge, motivating self-improvement and mastering communicative competence.

The greatest interest among the participants of the methodological conference was aroused by the presentation of an interactive thematic quest on academic discipline“History of the Internal Affairs Bodies” (authors: senior lecturer of the department of state and legal disciplines, police major N.A. Ryazanova, candidate of legal sciences; senior laboratory assistant of the department of state and legal disciplines N.A. Borovik). Participants were invited to become characters in a detective story - three brilliant detectives: I.D. Putilin, A. Bertillon and A.F. Koshko. In order to detain a person who has committed an unlawful act, detectives need to follow in his footsteps, solving complex problems and answering questions, collect evidence, evidence and present the culprit to the jury. The author's stylized props added spectacle to the game.
