Insulation 100 and 50 - only for summer cottages.
2) Partitions of the 1st floor: frame made of boards and bars measuring 40 x 50 mm, lined with clapboard.
3) Pediments, partitions and walls of the attic - frame made of bars measuring 40 x 100 mm, 40 x 50 mm, lined with clapboard.Same thing, not serious. House 6*9 - a very small section of lumber.
4) Strapping – sawn timber 150 x 150 mm or 150 x 100 mm. Additionally, an independent row of timber beams 100 x 150 mm is installed, which are cut into the frame and then rested on the foundation.But here is a senseless waste of money with the appearance of “steepness”, a beam made of 3 200x50 boards with an OSB layer between them is much more reliable, and it will take 2 times less material.
Cold attic? you are building summer cottage? Floor insulation 100 is very little, at least 150, 200 is recommended for our winters.
6) Overlapping of the 1st floor: subfloor - 22 mm edged board, floor joists 40 x 100 (40 x 150) mm in increments of 600 mm, vapor barrier - nanoisol, URSA insulation, finishing floor - tongue-and-groove board 36 mm thick.Logs 40x100 - no way, logs 40x150 - you need to look at the foundation drawing, in my opinion they don’t fit on this house.
7) Interfloor ceiling: rough floor - clapboard lining of the ceiling of the 1st floor, ceiling beams 40 x 150 mm with a pitch of 1,000 mm, vapor barrier - URSA nanoisol insulation, finished floor - tongue-and-groove board 36 mm thick.
Rafters 40 x 100 mm with a pitch of 1000 mm, rafter beams 40 x 150 mm with a pitch of 1000 mm.40x150 with a step of 1000 - I see from the layout that this is a gross violation of load standards, rafters 40*100 - similarly, very few.
8) The sheathing is not continuous edged boards 20 mm thick with a pitch of no more than 400 mm.
9) The staircase is wooden, with railings and balusters made of bars.
10) Ceiling height “clean”: 1st floor – 2.4 m, attic – 2.2 m.

Everything is burning. And gypsum board too. Not a panacea by any means.
And if people have a dacha, with winter conservation, then the gypsum board and the plaster on it will become covered with cracks after the first winter. Especially on a damp frame.
