1.1. Explanatory note of the goals and objectives of the implementation of the educational program; principles and approaches to the formation of educational educational programs; characteristics that are significant for the development and implementation of OOP DO. The subsection “Goals and Objectives” in the mandatory part of the preschool education program corresponds to the goals and objectives of the example program, which are supplemented and specified by goals and objectives related to the specific uniqueness of the preschool educational institution, the presence of priority areas of activity (preschool educational institution status, participation in projects, etc.), the specifics of national , ethnocultural, demographic, climatic and other conditions in which educational activities are carried out. The subsection “Principles and approaches to the formation of educational educational programs” contains an indication of the sample and partial educational programs used and the principles by which the educational educational program is formed. The subsection “Characteristics that are significant for the development and implementation of preschool education” presents age-related features of the development of children of early and preschool age, brief information about the organization and age groups of the preschool educational institution, the characteristics of children raised in the organization, as well as information about additional educational services, if any.

1.2. Planned results of mastering OOP DO. This part of the pre-school educational program is compiled on the basis of the corresponding section of the sample program “From birth to school” (mandatory part) and is supplemented by a description of the planned results in the part formed by the participants in educational relations (these are the results of work in priority areas, results that take into account the developmental characteristics of children with disabilities and disabled children, etc.).

2. Organizational section The organizational section is based on the materials of the Model Program, regulatory documents, methodological letters and recommendations. The organizational section gives an idea of ​​the conditions under which OOP DO is implemented. This section presents: daily routine; events, holidays, events traditional for preschool educational institutions; features of the organization of a subject-spatial developmental educational environment; requirements for the material and technical conditions for the implementation of the educational program (including the provision of teaching materials and means of training and education).

3. Content section. 3.1. Aspects of the educational environment The content of correctional work and/or inclusive education is included in the Program if it is planned for children with disabilities to master it disabilities health. This section should contain special conditions for the education of children with disabilities, including mechanisms for adapting the Program for these children, the use of special educational programs and methods, special teaching aids and teaching materials, conducting group and individual correctional classes and carrying out qualified correction of their developmental disorders.

Aspects of the educational environment Correctional work and/or inclusive education should be aimed at: 1) ensuring the correction of developmental disorders of various categories of children with disabilities, providing them with qualified assistance in mastering the Program; 2) mastery of the Program by children with disabilities, their diversified development, taking into account age and individual characteristics and special educational needs, social adaptation. Correctional work and/or inclusive education of children with disabilities who are mastering the Program in Combined and Compensatory Groups (including for children with complex disabilities) must take into account the developmental characteristics and specific educational needs of each category of children. In the case of organizing inclusive education for reasons not related to children’s health limitations, highlighting this section is not mandatory; if it is separated, the content of this section is determined by the Organization independently.

Aspects of the educational environment An additional section of the Program is the text of its brief presentation. A brief presentation of the Program should be aimed at parents (legal representatives) of children and be available for review. The brief presentation of the Program must indicate: 1) age and other categories of children for whom the Organization’s Program is focused, including categories of children with disabilities, if the Program provides for the specifics of its implementation for this category of children; 2) used Sample programs; 3) characteristics of the interaction of the teaching staff with the families of children. 4. The content of the Program should cover the following educational areas:

● artistic and aesthetic development;

● physical development.

Annual plan

The work plan for the academic year (annual plan) is mandatory documentation for a preschool educational institution.
