Business plan for a children's playroom. Presentation on the topic"Бизнес – проект «Детская игровая комната»" Библиотека детская игровая комната основные положения!}

The National Library of Belarus tries to create the most comfortable conditions for its readers. Those who have children aged 3 to 10 years can use a specially equipped children's room, where you can leave your favorite “tail” under the supervision of qualified teachers and psychologists. We looked into the children's room of the National Library and found out what the library staff are ready to interest the little Pochemucheks with while their mother is working in the reading room.

The sign with the number 102 says that the children's room is open all days except Monday. During the winter period (from September 1 to June 30), little visitors are welcome from 10:00 to 20:00 from Tuesday to Friday and until 18:00 on weekends. IN summer period(from June 1 to August 31) the schedule is the same, with the exception of two days off - Sunday and Monday.

Right from the door, it becomes clear that children will not experience any inconvenience for minutes or even hours of waiting: you can undress and take off your outdoor shoes in the room without fear of freezing, since the floor is covered with carpet and is heated if necessary.

In the same room there is a toilet, there is drinking water. A mother can immerse herself in her dissertation without fear of her child wandering through the labyrinth of halls and corridors of the library.

At the stands useful information for parents, exhibition of children's creativity. The room is very reminiscent kindergarten IR, so even the shyest child will quickly get used to it and happily “come unstuck” from his mother’s skirt.

If the locker room still hasn't convinced you that children are welcome, look no further...

A cozy room, equipped with everything you need, including a friendly, smiling teacher. I note that our arrival (I was with a camera and an eight-year-old son, i.e., fully armed) did not cause any fuss; we were greeted with a charming smile and a sincere invitation to stay and play.

Fee for visiting the children's room small (6,000/30 min), allowed to play for no more than 3 hours. Children under 3 years old can play accompanied by one of the adults, while the other gnaws on the granite of science in the halls of the library.

Cars, construction sets, puzzles, board games, dolls, a house for Barbie, a large garage for cars, balls, ladders, slides, soft cubes, children's musical instruments, books with colorful illustrations - you name it!

You can feel that someone’s caring hands are sorting everything, wiping it down, repairing it in a timely manner and trying to make visiting the library a welcome holiday.

By the way, about the holidays. In the children's room we are ready to organize a birthday party for a group of children (no more than 10 people), and conduct a master class on creativity. Such events are always positive and leave a lot of emotions and memories!

It is not the place that makes the man, but the man the place

During a visit to the children's room, we met the teacher Lina Albertovna Yatsko. She was our guide and kindly answered all our questions. It’s nice to know that a person doesn’t just go to work, but enjoys communicating with children. This was felt in everything: in a radiant smile, in a glance, in the deft movements of thin fingers, in a graceful gait...

Lina Albertovna simply charmed us with her smile and hospitality. With such trepidation she showed the clothes that she herself sewed and knitted for the dolls, so that the children would be interested in playing with them, that I could not resist asking about personal things. My guesses were confirmed! Lina Albertovna is not just a methodologist who has been working in the children's room for about 3 years, she is an artist. He loves to make things with his own hands, show children all sorts of unconventional drawing techniques, constantly comes up with exciting games, and conducts master classes.

Patterns on the walls, silhouettes of birds and voluminous flowers are her handiwork. Creativity is all around us, it is in everything. It is not necessary to specifically seat the child at the table and say “let’s draw with you...”, it is enough to show him the POSSIBILITIES, to decorate the world around him. It would seem like a small thing - a wall calendar - but Lina Albertovna chose it long and carefully, “so that the picture fits our interior and is close to the children’s theme...”.

And with what reverent delight she leafed through the children’s works using the nitcography technique. Each one is unique, inimitable. Together with the little artists, the teacher tried to see and complete the familiar images.

And all THIS - not in school during art lessons, not in the studio artistic creativity. All this is in the children's room of the National Library. This is what it means to be a teacher by vocation!

Lina Albertovna rarely uses the TV and other technical gadgets available in the children’s room, “only if the parents really ask.” As a rule, there is something to do here without them. An audio tale can be in the background while the baby draws a loved one fairy tale hero or sits in a soft chair with his eyes closed in order to better “see” how the kind Aibolit hurries to the sick animals.

“Crocodiles-hippos and monkeys-sperm whales” will sing their cheerful song while fidgets conquer the wall bars or slide down the slide.

Formalities

If you are no longer in doubt about whether you should leave your child alone in the nursery, familiarize yourself with the formalities.

What does it take for a child to be accepted into a nursery?

  • provide a passport or residence permit and a library card;
  • inform the employee of the children's room about the behavioral and psychophysiological characteristics of the child;
  • the child must be healthy (without external signs of disease);
  • the child must agree to stay in the children's room with a library employee.

How should parents behave?

It's nice when your own children are models of exemplary behavior. But parents also “should” do something so that the child’s stay under the supervision of a stranger is as comfortable as possible and does not cause problems “neither for themselves nor for others.”

  • parents should help the child undress and, if possible, bring a change of clothes and shoes;
  • leave a phone number for communication and, if necessary, return to the children's room if there is a need for their presence;
  • pick up the child after the time agreed with the teacher (if desired, the time can be extended);
  • behave correctly with visitors to the children's room;
  • do not leave food for children (eating in the children’s room is prohibited), medications (“harmless” vitamins are also medicinal product), valuables, dangerous objects (sharp, flammable, etc.).

Dear readers! Have you ever left your child in the children's room of the National Library? Share your impressions and feedback about the work of your employees.

Social project “Communication Club. Game room" Author: Gleb Rubtsov Leaders: Ermakova O.V., Kosnyreva N.M. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION LOCATION: o Municipal Budgetary Institution “Vylgortskaya Secondary secondary school 2 im. V.P. Nalimova" COMPLETION DATE: September May 2013

Virtual communication can cause a number of problems. The problem of lying. The problem of virtual dependence. The problem of information distortion. The problem of using specific vocabulary. Taking this into account, we propose to organize a playroom at school, where children could communicate over their favorite children's activity - board games, and not at the computer.

Board games- good way communication, interaction with other people, because the players are actually face to face, bringing schoolchildren together. it's very interesting and fun. Not everyone can afford to invite friends over, and games are rare in the house, but in our “Game Room”, please play and chat!

The game room includes the following areas: 1. Game area. In their free time, the children like to sit in the play corner with a book, play lotto, dominoes, checkers, etc. 2. Development zone. A children's playroom (children's entertainment center) is a place for a child or group of children to spend their leisure time under the supervision of the establishment's staff.

The first such business areas began to be organized in Russia at large shopping centers about 10 years ago. First of all, entrepreneurs focused on the needs of visitors to these centers. Or more precisely, to the need of parents to accommodate their children during a long shopping trip. The shortage was also taken into account preschool institutions in the country. Both factors have contributed to the fact that children's playrooms have become a very profitable and actively developing line of business.

About the profitability of a children's entertainment center and the importance of the place

Opening a game room is much easier than a children's development center and, even more so, than a private kindergarten. No need to obtain a license to operate educational activities, highly qualified personnel are not required, the business can be organized at relatively low cost.

  1. When opening a soft play room of 30 m2, designed for a maximum of 20 children per day, you will need about 300 rubles. (this will include the cost of repairs (15%), equipment (65%), rent (10%), company registration (5%), salary for staff (5%). With average monthly expenses of 50 tr. and income of 100 tr. net profit will be about 50 tr.
  2. If you organize a gaming entertainment complex for children of approximately 70 sq. m, designed for a maximum of 70 children per day, then you will need at least 1 million rubles. With average monthly expenses of 80 tr. and income of 250 tr. net profit will be about 170 tr.

It happens that game rooms find their niche in residential areas, but this is the exception rather than the rule. This mainly applies to remote places, where such a corner can become perhaps the only way to organize leisure time for children and adults.

Franchise on the topic:"Town of Masters" (children's playroom franchise, investment 390 thousand rubles, profit from 90 thousand rubles.

Regulatory framework

Before opening a business, you should try to carefully study the regulations relating to its organization. You can find out about them by contacting the territorial bodies of Rospotreb and Gospozhnadzor. Employees of these services must notify sanitary standards and safety regulations, compliance with which is necessary to open a children's care room. They will also provide guidance on legislative framework local significance.

  • For example, the Moscow Consumer Market Department has developed special “Recommendations for keeping children in children’s playrooms...”.
  • It is also important to understand federal documents. In particular, with those regulations that relate to children's play equipment. It must comply with the requirements of international (EN - 1176) and Russian (GOST R 52169-2003, GOST R 52168-2003, GOST R 52167-2003, GOST R 52299-2004, GOST R 52300-2004, GOST R 52301-2004) standards security.
  • In accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, Art. 9, 10 (clause 2) and Government Decree No. 1025, it is necessary to ensure the presence of a sign or stand that would indicate the details of the organization, work schedule, list of services provided, the procedure for their provision, prices, company rules, etc.
  • It is necessary to provide in advance the availability medical books from employees. (Order of Rospotrebnadzor No. 402). Documents about special education optional.
  • When preparing the premises for a children's playroom, you must be guided by SanPin 2.4.4.1251-03 and SanPin 2.4.1.2660-10. Daily wet cleaning of surfaces, washing of toys, etc. must be carried out.
  • It is also worth knowing about the types of criminal and administrative liability that are provided for causing harm to the life and health of a child in the event of certain actions or inactions of playroom employees (69 Code of Civil Procedure, Article 79 of the Criminal Procedure Code, Article 118 of the Criminal Code, 109 of the Criminal Code, Article 1068 of the Civil Code , Article 1064 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 151 of the Civil Code, Article 1081 of the Civil Code).
  • The “Technical Regulations” dedicated to fire safety requirements will also be useful.

What is needed to open

  1. The company is registered with the tax office (LLC or individual entrepreneur). We recommend registering as an individual entrepreneur (individual entrepreneur). This will cost less and will allow the use of preferential tax regimes in the future - UTII, simplified tax system, and, from 2013, a patent form of taxation.
  2. Next you need to decide on OKVED codes. We recommend specifying: 92.7 - etc. activities for organizing recreation and entertainment.
  3. Then you should register with the Pension Fund and other extra-budgetary funds
  4. You will need a cash register or strict reporting forms. They are subject to registration with the tax authorities
  5. The premises for the game room must be brought into compliance with the requirements of Rospotreb and Gospozhnadzor

Equipment for children's playroom

In order to organize a small playroom, it is enough to purchase one children’s labyrinth of 15-20 m2, which will cost at least 180-200 tr. You will also need a table and chair for an employee - 10 rubles and lockers for clothes (about 800 rubles for 1 section). The set is minimal; in the future it can be supplemented as much as the owner’s imagination and finances allow.

Three-story labyrinth for children's playroom

Nowadays, not a single children's playroom is complete without labyrinths. These spatial structures are usually made to order (about 1 month). However, sometimes, especially on sales, you can purchase them ready-made. Labyrinths can be of any size (from 10 to 100 m2) and configurations (slides, obstacles, shafts, passages, stairs, soft modules, climbing elements, dry pool with balls, etc.)

Foreign versions of labyrinth game complexes

As a rule, one organization is involved in drawing up a design project, manufacturing and installing a labyrinth. This play element is intended for children aged 3 to 12 years. You can separately install a children's trampoline, which on average will cost 70-90 rubles.

Children's trampoline

If your business is also aimed at children aged 1.5 - 4.5 years, then you need to create a separate corner with soft stuffed toys, construction sets, tables for drawing, and dry pools with balls.

Staff

Company employees must be able to work with children and understand the high degree of responsibility that is assigned to them. They are obliged to monitor the safety of equipment, order in the premises, and compliance with the rules by visitors. Usually, pedagogical students are accepted for such work. universities or retired former teaching staff. The work is carried out by 2 people in shifts.

Organization of activities

1 Game rooms are usually open from 9 am to 9 pm. The average fee for 1 hour of a child's stay is 100-120 rubles on weekdays and 150-180 rubles on holidays and weekends. Parents with children under 3 years of age usually enter for free, and adults accompanying children over 3 years of age are charged an additional 20-30 rubles.

2 The time the 1st child stays in the room should not exceed four hours. The rules should state the obligation of visitors to pick up their children after this period.

3 An employee of the center must receive the child upon presentation of the parent’s passport. Information about the child and the time of his admission must be entered in a separate notebook or accounting program.

4 Company employees must ensure that incoming children are healthy. Children with obvious signs of illness should not be allowed into the playroom. Otherwise, the organization’s reputation may be damaged; some clients will not want to return to places where children’s health issues are treated irresponsibly.

5 On weekdays, the most visitors occur from 16 to 21 hours, when parents pick up their children from schools and kindergartens and go shopping. In the first half of the day, you can try to increase the number of visitors by offering them discounts. They can also be installed for regular customers.

6 Consider seasonality. Children's rooms are in great demand from October to April, when the weather outside is less conducive to outdoor play. The decline occurs in the summer. During this season, they try to take many kids out to the countryside and spend more time with them outside.

7 If you are in the mood for further development center and increasing its profitability, then be sure to provide for the opening of such areas as organizing holidays, competitions, creative clubs, and creating a children's cafe.
