Progress of preparation.

  1. The bread is ground in a food processor.
  2. Garlic and onion are cut into smaller pieces.
  3. All ingredients are combined with minced meat, raw egg and spices.
  4. Half of the minced meat is placed in a baking dish, whole boiled eggs are placed on top, and they are covered with the remaining minced meat.
  5. The roll is baked at 200°C for 45 minutes.

Homemade cheeseburgers

You will need:

  • 5 hamburger buns;
  • 750 g minced beef;
  • 5 plates of processed cheese;
  • 100 g each of ketchup and mayonnaise;
  • 5 lettuce leaves;
  • 100 g pickled cucumbers;
  • oil for frying.

Cooking stages.

  1. Form 5 flat beef patties and fry them in oil on each side.
  2. The buns are divided in half, the bottom half is coated with ketchup, then a lettuce leaf, a plate of cheese and a cutlet are placed. Mayonnaise is spread on top. The final layer is 2 cucumber rings.
  3. The buns are covered with the second part and secured with toothpicks.
