The dough should occupy about ¾ of the container. If necessary, divide the dough into several cups - it all depends on the size of the utensil used. Bake at maximum power for 2 minutes, then check readiness and, if necessary, finish cooking in several stages, putting the muffins in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.

Just a note. Cupcakes of this type are prepared for instant serving. It is not recommended to store them for a long time - the taste of the dish will no longer be so interesting when the cake cools down.

Banana cupcake

  • melted plum butter - 1 table. l.;
  • beaten egg;
  • sifted flour - 3 tablespoons. l.;
  • sugar - 3 table. l.;
  • milk - 1 table. l.;
  • baking powder - ½ tsp. l.;
  • puree from 1 banana.

First, combine the melted butter with the liquid ingredients in a mug, whisking everything with a fork. Then add banana puree and mix. At the end, add the dry products, stir them thoroughly with a fork and then put them in the microwave. We select medium power mode, cooking time - 1 minute. Next, remove the mug from the oven - the cake should rise, remaining a little liquid inside. Place the cake in the microwave for ten seconds and then check for doneness.   • 1 table. l. melted margarine;
  • egg;
  • 1 table. l. refined sugar;
